This package includes a workout plan built to suite your specific sport needs for strength and conditioning.

It is ideal to sign up for this package approximately 12 weeks from the start of your season and make a great final push.

Workouts will be 3-4 days per week for 11-12 weeks based on personal calendar.

With this package, you will also receive an Adidas, Donato Sports Performance shirt, shorts, hoodie, notebook and pen for goal keeping, nutritional facts, and important leadership information.
