This package is a fully integrated sports performance program which includes: Flexibility Training, Core Training, Balance Training, Plyometrics Training, Speed/Agility/Quickness Training, Multiplanar Resistance Training, and Sports Specific Conditioning.

It is Ideal to sign up for this package 24-26 weeks from the start of the desired season.

Workouts will be 3-4 days per week for 24-26 weeks based on personal calendar.

With this package, you will also receive an Adidas, Donato Sports Performance shirt, shorts, hoodie, hat, notebook and pen for goal keeping, nutritional facts, important leadership information, and Fitbit for nutritional tracking and coaching.
